Payment Guidelines

Online Credit Card Payment

  • After completing your registration, you can make an online credit card payment immediately.
  • Once registration is completed, the maximum period of service provision is 6 months.
  • The credit card transaction will be processed using the KG Inicis electronic payment service.
  • For inquiries regarding registration fees and payments, please contact the secretariat at 2023ibs.conference@gmail.com.

Registration confirmation

  • Your registration will be complete once you have completed the card transaction through our website.
  • You will receive a receipt and confirmation email immediately after.
  • You can also check your registration status by logging in to our registration website.

Withdraw

  • You may withdraw your registered information before full payment is made or confirmed by the secretariat.

Refund

  • The deadline to request a refund or withdraw from the conference is October 3rd, a week before the conference begins.
  • If you would like to receive a refund and withdraw your registration, please reach out to the conference Secretariat at 2023ibs.conference@gmail.com.
  • We will verify your registration status and initiate the cancellation of your card transaction.
  • If your card transaction has not been cancelled after 10 business days of our refund confirmation, please contact us.
  • Currency conversions occur at the time of payment (when money is captured) and when refunds are issued (when money is returned to the customer).
